Sitings was retained by I4 Property Group to pre-sell the retail and office strata in Premiere which was a new residential, office and retail mixed use project developed on East Columbia Street in New Westminster adjacent to the expanding Royal Columbian Hospital in the historic Sapperton neighbourhood. The strata office of 17,000 SF was 100% sold before completion and 6 retail units totalling 10,000 square feet.
