Nancy is Vice President at Sitings Realty and has been an integral part of the team since 2013. Her work focuses on retail leasing, lease renewals and restructuring, tenant and landlord representation, as well as land and strata sales.

Nancy draws on her extensive market knowledge to help tenants identify locations that fit their needs and negotiate favourable deal terms. On the landlord side, she advises on tenant mix and deal structure, balancing strong rental returns with terms and tenant relationships that support long-term performance of an asset. Her experience spans mixed-use developments, transportation hubs, power centres, lifestyle centres and grocery-anchored properties, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial land and strata properties.

Throughout her career, Nancy has worked with prominent developers, property owners and retailers including Ledingham McAllister, TransLink, Headwater Projects, BC Liquor Distribution Branch, Artigiano, Dollar Tree and Westland Insurance. Her work extends across British Columbia and Alberta, with particular expertise in her hometown of Whistler, BC.

Nancy holds a Commerce degree from the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business and completed her real estate licensing education through the UBC Sauder School of Business.
