Sitings was retained by Ledingham McAllister to lease Highpoint which was a mixed use retail/residential project consisting of over 15,000 square feet of retail and 52 storeys of residential. Sitings 100% pre-leased the retail component over a year in advance of its completion. Tenants include Vancity, Popeyes, Tree’s Coffee and Cheesecake, AMC Insurance and others.
