With over 35 years of experience in real estate, Stephen A. Knight has been active in the field of retail real estate.
Stephen adds years of lease negotiation experience, site development expertise, and retail asset marketing knowledge to the Sitings team. Over his career he has leased in excess of 3 million square feet of retail space and sold and developed numerous properties.
Prior to founding Sitings, Stephen headed one of Canada’s largest national commercial brokerage firms with over 300 brokers, and was a partner in a major Western Canadian development company. Stephen is currently the owner of several shopping centres throughout Western Canada and is an active real estate broker.
