Wesbrook Village is UBC's 115-acre world-class sustainable neighbourhood, anchored by an urban village featuring over 112,000 square feet of commercial space. In 2026, Sitings was retained by UBC Properties Trust to lease a new retail unit added in place of the movator portal at Wesbrook Village Professional Building. Sitings successfully leased the unique retail unit to a local café Doe Coffee.
