Overview
Sitings was retained by Gulf & Pacific Equities Corp to assist with the impending vacancy of the Zellers. Sitings worked with the Landlord to reformat the anchor box and northern mall entrance. Three units were successfully leased to Winners, Sport Check and Dollar Tree. A small excess unit was created for mall storage.
