Overview
Sitings was retained by Gulf & Pacific Equity Corp to complete the leasing of a new multi bay retail pad location and reformat an existing pad occupied by Pizza Hut. Sitings was successful in leasing both buildings to a national tenant lineup including Wendy's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Subway, Telus, and Western Financial. A small excess unit was created for mall storage.
