Overview
The Shops at New Westminster was developed by Degelder Construction. The project consists of 200,000 square feet of retail space that was anchored by Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart and Landmark Cinemas. The development was one of the first TOD developments in British Columbia and was leased thru the great recession of 2008. The development was sold to First Capital and was 85% leased at the time of the sale.
