Overview
This shopping centre was largely vacant and was only tenanted by Giant Tiger, Tim Hortons and Petro Canada. Sitings in conjunction with Gulf and Pacific Equities Corp de-malled the existing enclosed mall adding Marks Work Wearhouse, Dollar Tree and Ardene. The former Liquidation World tenancy was backfilled with Peavey Mart who relocated from a smaller location in the market. The Shopping Center was 100% leased upon completion of the project.
