Skyview Power Centre totals over 250,000 square feet of box retail and is a dominant retail power centre in Northwest Edmonton, and consists of four phases catering to multi-tenant retail uses. The strong retail mix consists of national tenants comprising diverse food services, dining restaurants, furnishings, and clothing retailers. It is situated on 137th Avenue, a major central arterial road running East-West connecting to Edmonton’s ring roads. This project was 100% leased with tenants including Winners, HomeSense, Michaels, Reitmans, and Home Outfitters.
