High-profile mixed-use development by Concert Properties on the corner of Hornby and Drake Street in Downtown Vancouver. Sitings team member worked with the developer on design, tenant mix, leasing, and ultimately a strategic disposition of the retail component. Success of the retail leasing campaign resulted in the retail units achieving benchmark value at the time of sale.
