Overview
Millstream Village is a 250,000 square feet regional power centre anchored by The Market, Michaels, Golf Town, Pet Smart, Everything Wine, a 70,000 square foot fashion run, Pier One, and Tom Lee Music. The project was developed by Vancouver Pacific Development Corporation and was successfully leased by Sitings Realty and sold to GWL prior to completion.
