Overview
‘Focal’ developed by UBC Properties Trust is a mixed use retail/residential building located on University Boulevard immediately adjacent to the student union building. Sitings was successful in leasing 10,000 square feet of retail space to Browns Craft House, Koodo/Telus, Kinton Ramen, 123Dentist, SESAME, and Body Energy Club. The project was 100% leased prior to completion.
