Overview

Phase 3 of the Surrey City Centre Health & Technology District by Lark Group. This phase of the project featured a well-designed office/retail commercial strata building on 96 Ave adjacent to phase 1 and across the street from Surrey Memorial Hospital. Retail component 100% sold out by a Sitings team member to a diverse mix of end users prior to the start of construction.
