Overview
Sitings' assignment was to re-anchor and remerchandise the shopping center after it had effectively been vacated to accommodate the construction of the SFU campus and office building podiums.
Highlights
- Sitings re-anchored the shopping center with a mid-box run which includes Future Shop (now Best Buy), Bed Bath and Beyond, Winners, and the Brick.
- Sitings reintroduced the fashion retailers to the project. The project was sold two and half years after Sitings took the leasing assignment for twice the original appraised value.
Details
The project consists of a 650,000 SF shopping center, 350,000 SF Simon Fraser campus, and a 500,000 SF office building.
