Over the course of his career, Sheldon has represented leading developers, institutional owners and landlords across a diverse portfolio of retail projects. He has also advised numerous prominent local, national and international retailers, providing strategic guidance on site selection, leasing and market expansion.

His extensive project experience spans the lease-up of convenience, neighbourhood and community shopping centres; big-box and power centre developments; mixed-use projects; the repositioning and re-merchandising of existing properties; and a broad range of second-generation retail spaces. His market knowledge and transaction experience enable him to develop effective strategies tailored to the objectives of both landlords and tenants.

Sheldon has built a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients on both sides of the transaction. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 5.6 million square feet of lease transactions and facilitated over $1.5 billion in property sales, reflecting the depth of his expertise, market relationships and ability to execute complex commercial real estate transactions.
