Sam joined Sitings in 2025 and focuses on retail leasing and sales across Vancouver and Western Canada. In his role, he works with landlords, developers, tenants, and investors on a range of assignments, bringing a detailed, market-driven approach to each mandate.

Prior to joining Sitings full-time, Sam completed an internship with the firm in 2024 and spent two summers with Porte Communities, where he gained exposure to the development side of the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, where he was also involved with the Queen’s Real Estate Investment Association.

Sam brings a strong analytical foundation and a competitive, results-oriented approach to his work. He helps clients assess opportunities, navigate negotiations, and make informed real estate decisions through a practical understanding of the market. His focus is on providing responsive, thoughtful advice and building lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Sam has a strong familiarity with the local market and is committed to building his career within the city’s commercial real estate industry.
