Sam Shapray

Sam joined Sitings in 2025 after graduating from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm). Through a successful internship with Sitings in 2024, two summers at a development firm (Porte Communities), and his involvement as an analyst on the Queen’s Real Estate Investment Association, Sam has developed a keen understanding and passion for the commercial real estate industry.

Now back in his hometown of Vancouver, Sam is eager to build on his foundation and grow within the industry. He brings to Sitings a sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a competitive spirit that was forged through years of playing team sports, including rugby, hockey, and soccer. With a background in finance and prior experience in the real estate industry, Sam is well-equipped to navigate Vancouver’s dynamic retail market, foster meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the Sitings team.
