Massimo Ryan

After accepting a football scholarship to Simon Fraser University for the 2022–2023 academic year, Massimo transferred to the University of British Columbia to pursue a diploma in the prestigious Urban Land Economics program, specializing in real estate.

Massimo is on track to graduate and obtain his Real Estate License in early 2026. He is eager to bring the discipline, drive, and competitiveness developed through his team sports experience into the dynamic world of commercial real estate in Vancouver.

He began his internship at Sitings in April of this year, with the placement set to conclude in late September. During this time, Massimo has had the opportunity to work directly under the guidance of some of Vancouver’s most accomplished brokers, including Sheldon Scott (Partner), Arjen Heed (Senior Associate), and Kayla Morrow (Senior Associate).
