Lexie Bishop

Lexie brings over eight years of experience in real estate finance and accounting to her role as Finance Manager at Sitings Realty. Her background spans financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, debt management, and cash flow oversight across complex development and infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and California.

Prior to joining Sitings, Lexie held senior finance roles at Anthem Properties and Plenary Americas, where she developed deep expertise in project-level financial management, capital structuring, and investor reporting. Her experience working closely alongside development, construction, and asset management teams has given her a strong, hands-on understanding of the full real estate lifecycle.

Lexie holds a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies with a specialization in Accounting from Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
