Billie joined Sitings in 2025 after graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm). Following a successful internship with Sitings, Billie joined the team full-time and has continued to build experience in retail leasing, tenant representation, site selection and commercial real estate advisory.

Working closely with Sheldon Scott, Billie has been involved in leasing assignments and completed transactions at projects including Vedder Crossing Plaza, Eagle Landing and SOLO District. Through this work, she has gained hands-on experience throughout the leasing process, from market research and site selection to negotiations, documentation and transaction coordination.

Billie has also gained exposure to assignments involving leading tenants including Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness, She’s FIT!, The Brick, De Dutch and Northland Restaurant Group, providing experience with the site selection and expansion strategies of established retail, fitness and restaurant brands.

On the landlord side, Billie has worked on assignments involving prominent developers and property owners including Appia Development, Fiera Properties, Spire Development, and Concert Properties, gaining experience across a diverse range of retail and mixed-use properties throughout British Columbia.

Originally from Calgary, Billie moved to Vancouver to pursue a career in commercial real estate. During university, she was involved in the ICSC Student Program and the University of Victoria Real Estate Club, further developing her understanding of the retail real estate industry and strengthening her analytical and relationship-building skills.
