Ashley Low

Ashley joined Sitings in 2026, bringing experience in leasing, market research, and real estate analysis. She works closely with David Knight, Nick Fisher, Brandon Sibal, and Nancy Bayly on retail projects across Western Canada, with exposure to tenant representation, landlord representation, leasing, and transaction coordination.

Before joining Sitings, Ashley worked as a Leasing Coordinator with Warrington PCI Management, where she gained hands-on experience supporting leasing activity. She also worked with the UBC Real Estate Division as a Research and Development Assistant, supporting students through their real estate licensing and further developing her knowledge of the industry.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in Finance and Real Estate. During university, she was selected as a ULI Etkin Scholar and remains actively involved with CREW Vancouver.
