Dane Kirkegaard

Dane joined Sitings Realty with experience spanning both real estate development and brokerage in Vancouver. Through his work on active development projects and exposure to leasing processes, he has developed a practical understanding of how commercial real estate deals are evaluated, structured, and executed.

Dane began at Sitings as a Broker Assistant, supporting the team across market research, deal tracking, and client deliverables. Now a Junior Associate, he continues to support leasing transactions while taking on a growing role in deal execution and client-facing work. He is known for being proactive, dependable, and quick to learn, with a focus on keeping transactions moving forward efficiently.

Dane holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria.
