Kat brings over a decade of real estate and sales experience to her role at Sitings Realty, specializing in retail leasing and investment sales. Before joining Sitings, Kat was a key member of a top-performing land sales team, contributing to more than $225 million in successful transactions. Her deep understanding of complex land deals provides a strong foundation for structuring and negotiating retail leases and sales that align with both landlord and tenant objectives.

Kat’s earlier career managing the Western Canadian sales territory for a multibillion dollar fashion brand honed her insight into retail strategy across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. This unique combination of corporate retail experience and real estate expertise enables her to deliver a strategic, results-driven approach to every client engagement.

Kat holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia and is an active member of ICSC, committed to building lasting industry relationships and contributing to the growth of Western Canada’s retail landscape.
