Billie joined Sitings in 2025 after graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm). Through a successful internship with Sitings in the winter of 2025, Billie developed a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and gained hands-on experience in retail analysis, leasing, and tenant relations.
Originally from Calgary, Billie moved to Vancouver to pursue a career in the city’s dynamic real estate market. During university, Billie was actively involved in the ICSC Student Program and the University of Victoria Real Estate Club, further deepening their understanding of the industry and strengthening key analytical and relationship-building skills.
