Prominently located on the exterior of the East Station House at Main St-Science World SkyTrain Station, this unique 843 SF retail unit offers unparalleled access to over 4.9 million customers boarding the station annually (ranked in the top 10 busiest SkyTrain stations – 2019 data). Main St-Science World SkyTrain Station is an important stop on the Expo Line, it is the first stop before/after downtown Vancouver and services an important high-density residential (Olympic Village/Mount Pleasant), tourist (Science World/ Chinatown) and light industrial/daytime work node. This station is also the closest SkyTrain connection to the Pacific Central Bus/ Train Station and the future St. Paul’s Hospital relocation site.

The new St. Paul’s Hospital will be on an 18.4 acre site and house new state-of-the-art treatment facilities, technology and add 548 patient beds. The area surrounding the hospital has been designed by the city to be a hub for healthcare, R&D, technology, and education.
