Millstream Village Shopping Centre Scheduled to Open This SUmmer

Millstream Addition ElleSitings Realty Ltd. is currently leasing the last few remaining units at Millstream Village. Millstream Village is Victoria’s newest open-air Shopping Centre, and is currently in the final phase of construction, with 240,000 square feet of retail scheduled to open this year. Golf Town is already open for business.

The Shopping Centre is situated just off Highway 1 at the corner of Millstream Road and McCallum Road nestled between Home Depot, Costco, Future Shop, Staples and Home Outfitters.

Millstream Village is being developed by Vancouver Pacific Development Corporation.

The project will boast a variety of tenants including: Michaels, Pier One, Golf Town, Petsmart, Dollar Giant, Market on Millstream, A&B Sound, Tommy Hilfiger, Aldo, Mexx, Smart Set, La Vie en Rose, Le Chateau, Stokes, Additionelle, Ardene, Warehouse One, The Shoe Company, Valhalla Pure Outfitters, Tom Lee Music, Milestones, Running Room and Serious Coffee.

Kingsgate Mall, Vancouver, BC

Kingsgate MallSitings Realty Ltd. is pleased to have been retained by Beedie Development Corp. to lease Kingsgate Mall.

Kingsgate Mall is a neighbourhood centre occupying the prominent intersection of Broadway and Kingsway in Vancouver, BC.

Kingsgate Mall is located amidst ten new residential developments currently under construction in the area. It is in close proximity to False Creek South; which will be home to the future Olympic Village and will house 15,000 residents long term.

The Mall currently includes: Shoppers Drug Mart, Buy Low Foods, BC Liquor Store, Marks Work Warehouse and Payless Shoes. Stay tuned for the upcoming news of a national retailer joining the mix.

Kingsgate Mall is close to the following area tenants: Rona, IGA, Capers, Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Sportcheck. In 2007 Save-On-Foods, Winners and Home Depot will open nearby at Cambie & 7th Ave.

The Summit Shopping Centre Kamloops, BC

The Summit, KamloopsSitings is pleased to have been retained by Vancouver Pacific Development as the exclusive listing agents of the Summit Shopping Centre in Kamloops, BC.

The 128,000 sq. ft. centre is located in the heart of Kamloops ever growing retail area, on the corner of Columbia Street West and Summit Drive. Ronson's SemiahmooSitings is pleased to announce that the interior of Semiahmoo Shopping Centre is 100% leased.

Tenants that have recently signed leases are: Walk with Ronsons, Telus, Cobs Bread, Crystal Hearing Centre, Blenz Coffee, Bentley, Rogers Wireless, Murchies Tea & Coffee & Flight Centre.

There are still exterior opportunities available and there is a possibility of interior units coming available in late 2006.
