Sitings Realty Offers Central City For Lease
Sitings Realty Ltd. is proud to be working with Central City Shopping Centre on a revitalization plan to add large format retailers, lifestyle tenants and brand name restaurants to reposition the shopping centre as a new community icon. Exciting new retailers will absorb existing vacancy and inject renewed levels of activity into the mall.
Located in the fastest growing city in British Columbia, Central City is comprised of over 1,000,000 square feet of office space, 360,000 square feet of retail space, and in September 2006, will be the home of Simon Fraser University’s new Surrey Campus. With approximately 10,000 people working, studying, and shopping on site, Central City is destined to become the “Metrotown” of Surrey.
Five new residential towers under construction across the street, the centre’s proximity to Surrey’s main bus loop and two skytrain stations will add to the significance of Central City as a community hub.
The Sitings team is working in conjunction with Bentall Property Management and the executives at Central City to target a grand reopening for Fall 2008.
“Central City is located in one of Canada’s fastest growing cities, Surrey BC”
