Spirit Halloween

Spirit of HalloweenSpirit Halloween had a successful 2011 season having opened xxx temporary sites across Western Canada.  In late spring, Sitings will be looking for space across Western Canada for the 2012 season from 6,000 to 12,000sf.

Spirit Halloween Superstores have successfully been in the business of temporary retail outlets for over 25 years.  They have an outstanding reputation for leaving locations in better condition than they were found, and have excellent credit and agent references.

Spirit Halloween attracts large numbers of shoppers.  Most landlords find that interest from potential long-term tenants increases when Spirit Halloween assumes a temporary lease.  This is because retail space shows much better when there is a successful, thriving retail business in operation.

Spirit Halloween provides a superior in-store experience over their competitors, which helps to build customer loyalty and proliferate positive word-of-mouth advertising.

Stores carry a complete range of merchandise for all ages as well as a broad assortment of decor and party goods.

Typical possession dates are from September  1 through November 5; however in select markets, Spirit Halloween will sign longer term deals.
