MidiCi, The Neopolitan Pizza Company – Seeking Sites Throughout Lower Mainland, BC

February 20, 2017

With a mission to bring friends together, everything at MidiCi is designed to connect people. The space, developed by acclaimed architect Sam Marshall, is meant to encourage eye contact and bumping elbows with strangers to turn into friendships for life. MidiCi is the neighborhood eatery where you can come anytime of the day to enjoy an authentic Neapolitan Pizza personalized to your liking, a fresh coffee, or a glass of wine, at an amazing affordable price in a classy yet casual setting.
The space is warm and wide open, the kitchen is open and bustling, the ovens are majestic, handmade in Naples to put on a fire of 1000 degrees and bake each pizza in the Neapolitan tradition of 90 seconds. All the pizzaiolos are VPN certified and the ingredients sourced are fresh, organic, and non-GMO. Every MidiCi location guarantees the same experience every time: exceptional product, impeccable service, a friendly environment with warm, high-end design, affordability, and cleanliness.
The owner, Amit Kleinberger, came up with the concept after traveling to Naples, where he quickly came to appreciate the art and culture behind traditional pizza-making. Kleinberger knows the food industry well: he’s CEO of the Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt chain, which has nearly 500 locations.
