One of Vancouver’s Premium Upscale Restaurant is looking to open a commissary kitchen within close proximity to Downtown Vancouver. The plan is to open a single occupancy, state of the art commissary facility to help supply current and future restaurant locations as well as catering services. To do so, we are seeking sites that are either industrially zoned properties, previous restaurant space or low rent retail locations; All of which must be zoned for Food Products Manufacturing or Restaurant and allow for venting, high power usage and loading.
