Tower 4 at Plaza 88 is a mixed-use development beside The Shops at New West. The overall project consists of four towers totaling 1,050 residential units and 221,500 square feet of retail space within a five acre site contained by Columbia St., Carnarvon St. and 8th St. Tower 4 will house 400 residentialunits and up to 4,560 square feet of street level retail space, and is expected to completed by the fall of 2018.

What makes this project special is its proximity to the SkyTrain Station. In addition, the completion of Bosa’s nearby Riversky condo development will create over 500 additional units and an elevator connection to the McInnes Street overpass, resulting in 1,570 units connecting to this site & to the SkyTrain. This development is an example of the
“future” of retail projects, which cater to the density in the neighbourhood and provide non-vehicle oriented shopping options. Retailers are aware of this trend and have shown an unprecedented interest in the project. In addition Tower 4 will cater to both Douglas College, the SFU Surrey Campus and surrounding office density.
