St Paul Shopping Centre- This shopping centre was largely vacant other the Giant Tiger tenancy and Tim Hortons and Petro Canada pad locations.  Sitings in conjunction with Gulf and Pacific Equities Corp de-malled the existing enclosed mall adding Marks Work Wearhouse, Dollar Tree and Ardene.  The former Liquidation world tenancy was backfilled with Peavey Mart who relocated from a smaller location in the market.  The Shopping Center was 100% leased upon completion of the project.
