Sitings successfully pre-leased the development of two new build retail pads at Coquihalla Junction in Hope, BC to A&W, Starbucks and Booster Juice.

With a strategic location at the gateway to the major highways, Hope is home to many highway and forest service support jobs. Hope has also become a popular outdoor recreation destination, and there is a growing residential community that supports its local industries. The subject site is located at a major intersection on the main service road to the highway on and off ramps. This service road is critical as it features the majority of the major quick service restaurants, fuel suppliers and hotels.
