Siena is a proposed new mixed-use development, located on Hastings St in North Burnaby just west of Willingdon Ave. Hastings & Willingdon is the highest traffic retail corner in this trade area. The site is ideally situated across the street from Safeway & BC Liquor Store – two of the largest retailers on Hastings St. The surrounding area, known as Burnaby Heights, is comprised of a vibrant mix of retail, residential and community services. Siena is ideally located on or near several major Translink routes and traffic arteries, such as Hastings St. (32,000 VPD), Willingdon Ave (26,000 VPD), Hwy 1 (53,255 VPD) which connect the site throughout the Lower Mainland and North Shore.

Siena is a quick 10 minute drive from Simon Fraser University (SFU). Nearby Community services include Confederation Park and Community Centre, McGill Library, Eileen Pool and Fitness Centre and multiple playing fields, all within a five minute walk of the site.

At completion, Siena will comprise of roughly 8,500 square feet of retail below 3 stories of residential (38 units). The retail component will offer unparalleled exposure to Hastings Street, a high traffic E/W route, and capture a steady flow of pedestrian traffic created by the neighbouring residential and community services.
