Siena is a proposed new mixed-use development, located on Hastings St in North Burnaby just west of Willingdon Ave. Hastings & Willingdon is the highest traffic retail corner in this trade area. The site is ideally situated across the street from Safeway & BC Liquor Store – two of the largest retailers on Hastings St. The surrounding area, known as Burnaby Heights, is comprised of a vibrant mix of retail, residential and community services.
